Return and Exchange Policy

In an effort to reduce expensive and time consuming returns, The Cold Cactus Boutique asks customers to please check all sizing carefully and recommends asking The Cold Cactus Boutique questions about sizing and fit uncertainties via the various communication lines prior to making a purchase. In an effort to assist the customer in being pleased with their purchase, The Cold Cactus Boutique offers the following return policy:

  • Returns are accepted for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. All sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returend. All returns must be sent back shipping cost pre-paid and arrive back to The Cold Cactus Boutique within 14 days of initially receiving the product. Returned product must be in NEW condition - items should be unworn, undamaged and free of marks, perfumes, deodorant, animal hair, in original packaging, and original tag(s) attached.

  • To initiate a return, you MUST email with rationale BEFORE shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once item(s) is/are received, your exchange/store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Buyer responsible for shipping costs for returns and it is recommended to keep tracking number for return shipment. The Cold Cactus Boutique is not responsible for any lost returns.

  • If the attempted return does NOT meet the above criteria, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost without notice.

  • The Cold Cactus Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • If the returned item meets these return guidelines and is approved (you will receive an email confirmation once the return is processed), the replacement exchange item will be mailed within 2-3 business days, otherwise a store credit for the original purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee, will be provided via a gift code emailed to you for use on future purchases.

  • Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact The Cold Cactus Boutique within 3 business days for further assistance.
