2025 Sponsored Athlete Program: Join the Cold Cactus Team!
The 2025 competition season is just around the corner, and we’re excited to support the athletes who support us! We are looking to add 4-5 new athletes to our Sponsored Athlete Program across various disciplines including rodeo, western, agricultural, and other relevant events. This is an exciting product sponsorship opportunity that will help outfit you for the season ahead!
Important Information: Please read all of the following information carefully regarding the responsibilities of sponsored athletes before filling out the application form linked below.
Sponsored Athlete Expectations - Do you Have What it Takes?
This opportunity is open to individuals of all ages whom meet the following requirements:

Passion for Cold Cactus Brand and Products
We believe individuals whom have already purchased / are familiar with our brand and products are the most suited to introduce our brand to others.

Cold Cactus Loyalty - Regularly Sport Our Products
This sponsorship opportunity provides apparel and patches to be worn at all times during events.
Our logo always being visible when competing
(If you require more patches than originally provided, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!).

Strong Social Media Presence
- You have a strong social media presence and share your season and lifestyle on social media through photos and videos, tagging us when appropriate! Social media is where we will be keeping up with and sharing your season - so yes, a strong social media presence is required!
- We request quality content from our sponsored athletes (doesn't have to be professional photos, but we do expect crisp images) so that we can share these images on our social media.
- Must use the following tag @coldcactusboutique and hashtag #teamcoldcactus when tagging us on all social media platforms.

Clear Communication
Share with us your accomplishments, injuries, or anything else we should know throughout your season to keep us up to date.

Engagement With Us on Social Media
You are required to regularly (at least on a weekly basis) engage with our posts on social media, by: providing product reviews, interacting with us by commenting on and re-sharing our posts, regularly tagging us in your posts, etc.
What You Can Expect As a Cold Cactus Athlete:
As a member of the Cold Cactus team, you’ll enjoy the following:
- Cold Cactus Apparel & Swag: you'll receive CC-branded apparel and logo patches to outfit you for the season.
- Promotion & Exposure: we’ll promote and share your journey on our social media channels.
- Exclusive Discounts: You will receive a personal discount code for merchandise, along with a separate code to share with your friends and family. Valid through October 31st, 2025
- Access to a private Cold Cactus Athlete Facebook page - a community of likeminded people where you can connect and interact!
The following 2025 sponsorship opportunities are available:
4-5 athletes will be added to our existing team - we will outfit you with CC branded apparel for the season ahead!

- *Open to residents of Canada and the US
- *Relevant to rodeo, western, agricultural, and other applicable events
If you think you've got what it takes, we invite you to fill out the following application form no later than Sunday Jan 26th!
By submitting the application, you agree to adhere to the sponsored athlete expectations outlined above. We reserve the right to revoke a sponsorship if an athlete does not represent or uphold Cold Cactus’ core values and standards.
Application Review Process:
Please note that we expect to receive a significant number of applications, and reviewing them will take time. Only selected athletes will be contacted via email in mid-February. Please note we may reach out via email to request a brief interview to assist us in making final decisions.
