Shipping Policy

  • We process orders Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, and aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Customers will be provided an email update with tracking information as we are processing your order. Please take order processing timelines into consideration.

  • Orders over $125 ship free within Ontario, and over $175 for other provinces. Smaller orders have a flat rate of $12.95 within Ontario and $16.95 for the rest of Canada.  Please note that Cold Cactus will not be held responsible for any lost parcels.

  • Orders to the USA ship for a flat rate of 15 CDN dollars (~12 USD), generally via Canada Post which transfers to USPS. (Please note the same tracking ID can be used on USPS website once the parcel crosses into the US). Upgraded shipping to UPS or FedEX (3-5 business days) is available at checkout.

  • In the event that you live local to Cold Cactus and would like to pick up your order you may select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Once you receive an email letting you know your order has been processed and is available for pickup, you may pick up at any time during our store hours (Thurs 10-6, Fri 10-5, or Saturday 10-4). If those hours don't work for you, please reply to care@coldcactusboutique.ca to coordinate a time for curbside pickup.

  • Shipping to the rest of the world is offered and shipping rates are determined via Canada Post rate calculator at checkout.

  • Cold Cactus cannot guarantee the quality of delivery, nor is Cold Cactus responsible for packages lost and/or stolen during delivery. If you have issues with your delivery or believe your parcel may be lost, please contact Canada Post, USPS, or the relevant courier with your tracking information.
  • BACKORDERS/PREORDERS - shipments containing backordered or pre-ordered items will NOT be split into multiple shipments. All items will ship together when the backordered/ pre ordered item(s) arrive(s). If you wish for in-stock items to be shipped immediately, you MUST place separate orders.
